Mr. Price has a Juris Doctor degree with honors, including a #1 in class ranking, from St. Thomas University College of Law, and extensive workers' compensation litigation experience since 1989, including trial and some appellate work. He is highly experienced in workers’ compensation defense. Since 2000 he has been continuously certified by The Florida Bar as a Specialist in Workers’ Compensation.
Mr. Price was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1989 and to the Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits in 1990. He is fluent in the Spanish language. In addition, he is registered with the Florida Department of Insurance as a Provider and an Instructor; has lectured claims adjusters in programs approved for continuing education credit; served as Chair of The Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Rules Advisory Committee and the Miami-Dade Bar Workers Compensation Section. He taught college level courses on Employment Law, Healthcare Law, and Business Ethics.
He is a native Floridian who currently resides in Plantation and handles cases statewide.
