Trucking Accident Trial

Palm Beach County, Florida – Michael W. LeRoy, in a case in which the Plaintiff sought damages in excess of $ 3,000,000.00 for severe spinal injuries, defended an international transportation and trucking company, and two other defendants, the jury obtained a global verdict of less than $ 654,000.00. Said verdict entitled the defendants to an award for attorneys’ fees and costs in accordance with a Proposal for Settlement which was served to the Plaintiff prior to trial.
